Desired Skillset -

• 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience, with at least 2 years in the BFSI sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of BFSI sales cycles, financial product offerings, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to engage BFSI stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM software, Excel, and sales enablement tools.
