• 3 years of professional experience in software development, with a backend focus
• Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with MySQL and Elasticsearch
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Exposure to frontend technologies like NodeJS, React.js, and HTML/CSS
