Use this portal to:
Open a ticket and track its status: An interface to submit queries and log issues. Use this Issue tracking system to create, update, and resolve your tickets. Use the highlighted “Submit A Request” tab to explore more.

Test your network and access links to kPoint plug-ins: See the helpful hints you need before using kPoint, including testing your network for connectivity, bandwidth and related parameters. You can also get all help you need to install plug-ins for desktop sharing.

Find the relevant help videos: kPoint hosts a series of “How to” videos that can be helpful in a variety of scenarios. Watch these videos to perform common kapsule operations, view and annotate kapsules, manage kapsules, and to perform a variety of operations.

Access the FAQ: The extensive FAQ guides you through actions step-by-step. Search through the FAQs to quickly reach your point of interest.

kPoint Add-ons: The support portal hosts a variety of useful tools to aid kPoint users throughout their kPoint experience. It includes useful tools like kWrite, which allows the user to draw on the screen while recording a kapsule. Various Connect To pointers assist in establishing connectivity with an iPad, LDAP directories and confluence.
